Create Cues for your Songs
Product overview
Song Cues is a music player that lets users define cues for songs in their iTunes library to apply custom fades and change song duration. In contrast to current mixing apps, this app functions on its own by applying cues that the user has already created.
Message from the developer
It is my pleasure to share the first version of Song Cues for iOS. It allows users to add more songs to their iTunes playlists that they otherwise might have excluded becuase they want them to fade in, fade out, start later or end earlier, or for other reasons mentioned in the User Guide. This project started as a Python app for desktop computers that controlled the Apple music player, and was rebuilt with Swift code for iPhones to be the music player, utilizing MusicKit to queue songs and AVPlayer to play them. Song Cues also allows users to customize the shuffle logic. Version 1.1 for iOS is intended for users who own their songs on iTunes. I am currently working on version 1.2 for MacOS which will cater to users who have a mixture of songs that are owned and streamed through Apple Music.
